The Kansas City Monarchs were the longest running franchise in the history of baseballs Negro Leagues. In 2021, the Independent baseball team originally known as the Kansas City T-Bones, re-adopted the Monarchs team name, and going forward will be known again as the Kansas City Monarchs!
